PEMEX has registered bond issues in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  As a result and in order to maintain its registration with the SEC, PEMEX has the obligation to file several forms; for example, the Form 20-F on an annual basis.

This registration permits PEMEX's securities to be purchased by any person or organization in the United States' markets.
