The Board of Directors of Petróleos Mexicanos is integrated by eleven members, six of them are State representatives designated by the President of México and five representatives of the Sindicato de Trabajadores Petroleros de la República Mexicana (Petroleum Workers Union).

The General Director reports to the Board of Directors the company’s status as wells as puts up’s for its consideration short, medium and long term planning.

The main officers that give support to the General Director in the conduction of the entity are the General Directors of the four business lines and the five corporate directors.

 The principles that promote the honest and ethic behavior of the main officers, members of the Board of Directors and employees of PEMEX are contained in the Code of Ethics.
